Steve Hillary 1955 - 2015

Missed, but never forgotten.
Dedicated to all those that we have rode and partied with who have since departed .
Rejoice that they were and still are a part of this family we call the Canadian X Riders.

This is so sad. I didn't realize Steve was so ill. No Xrider meet will be the same without him.

Condolences to the family and friends ... unfortunately I have never had the pleasure to meet Steve but sounds like he's an awesome guy who left us way too soon.

I was blown away when I first saw this.
Have rode many a stretch of road with Steve, and shared many a cold one with him.
The world is now a lesser place with the void that has been created.
Will miss you dearly Brother.
Condolences to family, and all whose life he touched.

The visitation is Thurs eve, 7-9, as Dave said. Steve's daughter Karen indicated on Facebook that Steve's bike will be there, parked on the grass somewhere in the front & she'd like his riding friends to park with it. So, if you're coming to the visitation, and care to ride, that would be cool. I know we'll be heading out of here on the early side to stay ahead of traffic & meet up with whomever.. just not sure of when & where yet.

I have no idea yet. I'm guessing maybe 3ish at the latest? Much later than that & it'll be a 4 hour drive.

80-K and I will be heading out. She can't ride yet, so I will have a Jeep tail gunning for me.
Probably leave here between 3:30 and 4:00.
Gonna take the back roads, and soak in the memories.
As I ride, I'm sure I'll be conversing with "VTX_XTC"
Passenger pegs will be down, although I know he will riding in front of me...as always :)
