Michelin Commander 2 review

Post by Dinox » Wed Aug 06, 2014 1:00 am

Just traded in the old Dunlops for the Michelin Commander 2 tires after a failed attempt to locate a matching pair of non white walled metzlers. Seems the bike shop couldn't locate all black tires so I opted for the Michelin.
First 300 kms was smooth and no more wobble. So far I am impressed with the tire. A long weekend trip to the Jasper area should just about break them in and offer a solid review on the new rubber.

Several guys here have them and really like them. They are supposed to give good mileage, so far nobody here has worn them out yet to determine how true that is....only time will tell!

They don't fit all models/years. I can't put them on my bike.

Hi, any update?
How are they lasting. How are they in tight corners? I love the Metzlers for their corner gripping; wondering how the Commander 2 is.
Thanks.
