I used counteract beads, I think they are about the same thing. No vibration...work great!

I had a guy tell me they don't like the beads because when you change a tire they end up all over the floor in their shop.........I've seen a lot worse on shop floors. I'm with Moe. Buddy wants to keep his balancing gig going. :violin:

I've been using beads in both of the VTX's & now for the last 8 years in the Wing. Better than a wheel balance. When the tire wears, the beads adjust auto for the missing rubber or cupping (cupping to some degree) DOES NOT MATTER WHAT SPEED YOU ARE GOING. When they are first installed, you may feel a out of balance for the first 1/2 mile then NOTHING afterward.

Have not found them to be greatest for rear CTires though. I takes about 2-3 times the normal amount & I like the balance feel on the rear. WTFDIK

By the way - looks like Trent-m is going darkside. I am lending him my spare tire/rim. Once you go dark, you never go back!

Yes, I use Dyna beads myself...never a problem. However, I have always used Avon tires... my experience has been that they were always perfectly balanced when first put on, (with one exception were the tire was hooped from the get-go and had to be replaced.) I only used the Dyna beads only as a precaution. If you need info on them, then yes, Lobo would be the one to get in touch with...he was the general distributor for them... if you can get him to reply. One more thing though....I know Gaelbird (Scott) has done some research on them... he claimed that plastic beads were better than the ceramic... so it's anyone's guess I suppose...just know mine work.
