at my home town in Preeceville sk
I am looking at the hotel availability
when we go home Aug long....so the dates will follow

I am going to Preeceville next week-end...Aug long.......
I will be doing the arrangements for the run that week-end,so the dates will follow.
on a side note...
Preeceville has a rock feast every year on the long week-end.

..................dunno how big preeceville is..........but the logistics of holding two events on the same weekend may be difficult..........lodging and restaurants may be taxed to the limit............dunno...........just thinking

I,m kind of thinking the same thing....but I just wanted to put it across to you all to see what you guys think.
Preeceville is a small town of about 1500 people
