Doesn't look like we will meet the minimum numbers for the Buffet Banquet Room so looks like we will just do the restaurant Thursday supper !

Prime Rib it will be as long as we get the minimum of 25

Talked to Sara today and have set aside 20 rooms for the meet so you can start booking , earlier you book the better , if we book up 20 early we can up for more if there is a need. Looking at a banquet smorg for the Thursday farewell meal , who would be in for it and what would be best , I'm a beef eater but it is a good fresh fish lake so ?

Going to ask Racket to set up a couple quiz questions and clean up and restrict this thread so PLEASE use the other thread for general topic stuff!

It will be THREE years since we all got together time to mark the Calendar and book the time . Phone the Hotel and reserve your room. We do it this YEAR or it will end! Come on Guy's/Gail's we got to do this one or it's over for ever!!

From Mon 1st to Sat. This is a " just in case " and no Hammer, my GPS is working fine. It was Mikester that blew it the last time. I can remember we are all looking at him and saying - SO WHERE IS THE HOTEL - we had to ask another rider next to us (she) - a finger point just to the left of us & YEP there was the hotel. A FEW beer was consumed that night. In fact every night on the trip.

Looking forward to it. 2 procedures on the old body over the last 2 years & ready to go. 2014 heart was fixed - 2015 tumor removed from neck (benign)

Now if I could only get Hammer a bigger gas tank - hmm - may have an idea - stay tuned

Well; talk to Sarah this week and we have a problem , She only has 3 rooms booked by us and we show 5 . Problem is some may not have told her you where Xriders and our link uses your Xrider names and your booking under your real names . So those who have book please reconfirm your bookings and here put down your real name , will make it much easier to keep track.
Thursday night meal so far has only response are for prime rib ?
Please confirm the numbers who will attend the meal as we need 25 confirmed for it to work.

Looking better the more we communicate. Looks like it can be the biggest western - National meet since Victoria and the biggest Nation Meet since Midland and that was way back in 2013
