Yep they the dates - weekends down there are PACKED. Same time as I go every year.

My advice is do not sign up for anything. Waste of money. We can show/ride the roads with you & you can always buy a plan down there. In all the years I have gone, have never bought one yet.

You thinking of joining us? Let me know if you are so I can get another room. Starting to get filled up.
It's time to quit when you can't get your leg over the seat. AND ONLY THEN !!

Waste of money, Dave, come on, you don't even have a clue all that goes on there. Americade is not just riding up and down Canada street.
All the events, seminars, shows, demo rides ,etc.etc
It's a whole year in the planning.
Want to ride the roads, then why go during a time when there is a major event, you can do those roads any time of the year, beautiful region to ride.
You want a map with different rides already prepared, I have them to give away.

Maybe should change the topic title to Lake George 4-8/9 June

Oh , forgot to mention, we ordered nice weather for th

All depends what you go there for I guess. For me, I work a booth, ride the roads, spend one day looking at the vendor stuff & spend a lot of time with friends. If Canada street is the main drag? I try to avoid it as much as possible. For me paying for packages just are not my thing. I find my own pleasure. Since you work there it would be natural for you to promote it. A lot of people that have tried the "packages" have come to the same conclusion as I have (without trying any). Tried them once & now just go down for the ride & meet up with friends.

I'm glad we can have disagreements and still play well together!

I can't commit to going just yet but I am interested.

I've got several weddings to go to, out of country guests to cater to and other commitments.

I need to plan my vacation days carefully this year. Oops I forgot some of you are retired and every day is a vacation day

Yea, wait till you retire. Some days I want to go back to work - Just think 9-5, get paid for it & do the other stuff when you have time.

When you retire its 7-10 - no pay & still not enough time in the day.

Let us know Mike if you want to join up. As I said, hotel is holding an extra room for us & will let you all know when we have to decide.

Did you buy anything for the Wing yet?

Heading down to Wingking tomorrow with a couple of other guys.

Also Markham Powerhouse is having an open event on March 9th 10-4

If you are going let me know your time & will meet you then.

The weather today sucks having the rain to ride in to get back home, hope it stops pouring on your way back.
