100 km/h or 85m/h

Post by Wolfpack »

Not 100% sure about vacation time yet but if I can, anyone interest in doing US#2 meet say at Sweetgrass so Tuesday and the make the run across Montona and NorthDakota, can easily run 80 to 90 m/h on the open hiway any thing less and the four wheels start to wonder why your stoping, Gas is cheaper . foods half the price and lodging is twice as good for a third the price.

Hey Wolfpack......that doesn't sound like a bad idea at all. I'm only a day out of Edmonton, so it's certainly do-able. We'll have to keep in touch on that idea.

I'm hoping to be there. I'll try to convince Victoria to drive her beast out. I'll have to firm up something with LOBO as we will more than likely travel together.

This sounds like a great time. Me and the Mrs will in all liklihood attend. Room rates and times are all we'll need to plan.
thanks

This is my proposal:
Meet in wasaga beach starting thursday July 06.
This gives the people from out west time and the long weekend to get here, and it would be next to impossible to get many rooms in the beach on the long weekend.
This is a proposed agenda for discussion:
1. Whoever can - meet the westerners a day and 1/2 out say Wawa 0r UP Michigan on Wednesday July 05. Ride together to the beach for arrival Thursday July 06.
2. Meet and greet Thursday evening.
3. Breakfast at my place Friday morning
4. Short run in Blue mountain highlands, bewerey tour at local bewery in Creemore, lunch than free time in the beach.
5. Saturday- big run in Muskokas with larger group- (Ontario riders who might arrive friday night, saturday morning.)
6. Barbq at hotel and bonfire, live music saturday night, (my brother in law who was a professional musiican playing with the likes of Harry Chapin.

I have scouted ouut motel that is .5 km from bar, 1 1/2 km from main beach, beer and liquor store that is biker friendly Need to get a feeling of how many to negoitiate ratwes with Larry the owner, (rides a metric cruiser, sizuki i think)
Spoke with Honda about our winnipeg meet too late, but they claim they will praticipate in 2006. Not sure yet what that means.

Well any way, lets hear the feedback.
Jeff

Hi Jeff,

How are you and the misses doing. I met your son and daughter-in-law at the motorcycle show yesterday (with Mal and Angie). We missed you at the show.

In any event, I'd like to attend this year's meet-in-the middle. I need firm dates so I can see if I can get the time off. I was realy dissapointed about missing last year's meeting in winterpeg.

Let me know (let all of us know ) when the dates are firmer.
