You HAVE been through Sasquatch-chewan, have you not?McJeep wrote:Right up till the "flat line" remark you woulda been right
Last time through, the only reason my chicken strips narrowed was due to the 60 degree lean angle to keep straight in the cross winds.
I stand by the "Flat lining comment" When we entered Manitoba, we could see Mal leaving Alberta in our mirrors.

Hmm....
Trip looks a bit far from Southern Ontario (teehee). I'de love to book now but cannot because of the job which forces me most times to create last minute vacations...
I am going to do everything I can to make this however and the wife would be big on it as well as her family is in Winnipeg and the son is in Edmonton and will be having just returned from Afghan 2 months prior.
Flat riding is a GREAT way for me to convince her to ride her own bike this trip though...
I may have a obstacle with another VTX Club coming to Niagara Falls, Ontario from the States (13-18 Jul) which I will have to iron out one way or another. I brought the idea and it seems to have taken on a life of its own so.... some creative vacation planing will have to be done here.
For those that are interested, I will probably be putting a run together along the Niagara River and two lakes as well as through the Foothills along the escarpment in Niagara for this....and quite possible arranging a 'doo' for the VTXCafe boys for this period. It would be great to introduce the VTXrs from both sides of the border. regardless of the site one belongs to.

Just realized it took 8 provinces before our forefathers learned their alphabet. Guess if we find something further west to join Canada it'll be pretty CDLandfill wrote:I R Booked... be there..
so sometime between now and then the AB & BC riders should come up with a rally point, I know its not a long run out of Calgary but I figure if there is common ground we could neet up at the ride in could be fun.
see U there
