Fozzy and I are heading down to Miami in the morning. We will be camping along the east coast all the way down to Key West. Hope to head over to Texas and back up from there. We will keep you posted if we can with some pictures as well.

The bikes packed and ready to go.

Well we are back in Canada after a great tour in the USA. It started out kind of bad as the rain hit us a few times. We traveled all back roads as both Fozzy and I hate the highways. We started out heading through NY down the east coast line heading for our stop in Key West.

The problem started when just north of Miami when we heard of a hurricane and heavy rains heading for Florida. We then thought it would be a great idea to head back to the north. At that point I gave up on the trip and thought it was over with all of the rain.

We just headed north/west through Florida and as we hit a little town named Cowan Tennessee the trip change from just a ride to one of great memories. We stopped at what we thought was a gas station, turned out to be a antique store. The person told us to come in and look around and then stop at the diner next door for lunch. Love the small diners and this one was 50's style. He mentioned taking a tour at the Jack Daniels stop in Lynchburg. While there we were told to head to Nashville and there they said to stop and see Memphis.

Funny how a trip turns around when the local people make the ride better. Thanks to all for that help.

Fozzy and I had a great time seeing the back roads of America and seeing the real America instead of speeding through the highways and staying in big city's like most. There was even a spot we went through we thought it was a good idea to get out fast before not being able to get out alive.
